I recently went on the Ice Viking’s site to see if they responded to my post, which they did. I am going to post Emperer Josh Style in order to respond to their post:

Based on your above statement, you seem to despise enforced standards.

So…The Invasion server has been switched to Mukluk, And Soon after We will Invade RPF. so For right now the server has been switched from Tuxedo to the Dead Tacos Server of Mukluk.

Okay, there are many problems to your statement. I shall list them for you:

1. You cannot just say you are invading Mukluk a few hours before letting them know. You are merely switching RPF to Tacos on your initial invasion. You would break Clause 4 because you did not alert the Tacos twenty-four hours before:

Legitimate invasions shall be defined as: an invasion of an occupied server, provided that the invading army already has servers of their own (see Clause 1), and the information about the invasion is posted publicly on the army or militant group’s blog 24 hours prior to the invasion; or an invasion of an unoccupied server, provided that the information about the invasion is posted publicly on the army of miltant group’s blog 24 hours prior to the invasion.

2. The Tacos aren’t dead. They just posted today, and they are in the process of reconstruction. You are going to invade an army that is in the process of beginning to reconstruct? That’s rock bottom.

3. You are also breaking Clause 1 again by invading Mukluk from the Tacos because you still have only one server: Polar Bear. You are required to have at least two.

Once in effect, this bill shall prevent all armies, agencies, and any other militant groups, from invading or declaring war on another army or militant group, unless the invading army owns at least two servers of their own.  If such a group does invade or declare war on another army or militant group, their action shall be discredited by the armies represented in The Club Penguin Army Council and their fellow armies alike.  Any army or militant group owning at least two servers is exempt from this restriction and may invade wherever they choose.

How was my post a homosexual? A blog post is genderless you imbecile. In addition, I am straight. I think you are merely making that accusation so that you can safeguard yourself from others to make them think that YOU are not gay.

After We Win this RPF will no longer be able to hide behind Loop Holes.

What I showed you was not a loophole. It was CLEARLY stated within the text. A loophole is defined as “A technicality that allows a person or business to avoid the scope of a law without directly violating the law.” You were DIRECTLY breaking the law that has been established. Clause 1 says, “Once in effect, this bill shall prevent all armies, agencies, and any other militant groups, from invading or declaring war on another army or militant group, unless the invading army owns at least two servers of their own.” It LITERALLY means you cannot invade another army unless you have two servers. How is that a loophole?

I have one last thing to say. You, 57to, were not given authorization to invade Tuxedo anyway. You are a Novice Warlord, and your actions prove that you are still a NOVICE. Here is what one of your superiors said:

You, 57to, and your loyalists were going to invade Tuxedo because of your own bias for the RPF. You did not even have a legitimate reason to carry out an assault on us. You are low. How low? ROCK BOTTOM.

I think you should be demoted to Drummerboy (a “special” IV rank) because you like to make a lot of noise with your illegimate biases and your ranting that lacks substance.  

Did I also mention that “You aint got no pancake mix?”

You cannot create a pancake without the substance to make it. If you wish to make a legitmate argument, 57to, then refrain from using bias or hate speech because it will cloud your judgement. Use facts will you? FACTS are what makes your argument a VALID argument.
