As Leader of the United Servers of the Rebel Penguin Federation (U.S.R.P.F), i am banishing CasiusBrutus (and any alias belonging to him) from the U.S.R.P.F and the Army due to Treason. He has been trying to win round members of the RPF. Casiusbrutus (and any alias belonging to him) is hereby permanently banned on the current RPF chat and all future RPF chats. He is also permanently banned from joining the RPF Army or holding any rank in the RPF Army. He is permanently banned all RPF activites, present and future.
This action CANNOT be revoked by ANY person or group of people inside the Rebel Penguin Federation. This includes the Senate and Congress, as well as all RPF leaders of the Past, Present and Future, and the Founders of the Rebel Penguin Federation.
Anybody influenced by him in their decisions or helping him shall be punished for Aiding and abetting.

As proud and loyal 3rd in Command of the USRPF, I must admit that Cas HAS talked to me, saying nice things to try to get me on his side. He also said that Fias supports him, but also that Fiasco does not think I deserve my 3ic position, because I am in-experienced. Whether or not this is true and is an actual statement of Fiasco, Cas HAS contacted me, and just about gotten me on his side. I had the feeling that he was planning a plot of treason and getting people on his side to revolt and overthrow Ashes.
However, i think that, by doing this, Ashes has just made his enemy, Cas, hate him even more. And, I think that this is all a big piece of dog shit. There is NO, and I mean NO need for this crap. No matter what he is doing now(which, by the way, is not a very serious crime; also, I feel that he does not have no reason for his actions), he has been and was a big part of the USRPF, and I think that no veteran should be treated like an enemy.

You’re basically saying that,
1.The RPF Founder , Commando , who is extremly respected throughout the Club Penguin Army world , cannot change this decision? Fair enough he technically can’t tell you what to do but I mean come one , If he did come back just for this matter you’re saying you’d go against him and not give him any decision?
2. As I said above past Leaders don’t technically have any say but it seems as though you’re trying to stop any counter to your dictation.
3. Future Leaders can’t decide? That’s just a whole load bullshit. If you retire , get couped , or just leave the Leadership and decision goes to the new leader. You can’t use this whole “Past Leaders can’t Revoke” shit because eventually you’ll retire,get couped or leave and won’t have any standing in if someone un-does this banishment.
